PDC is a kind of superhard composite material made of diamond and cemented carbide substrate. It has not only the hardness and wear resistance of diamond but also the strength and ductility of cemented carbide. Diamond polycrystalline shows better impact resistant performance than single-crystal diamond and shows high wear resistant, impact and heat resistant performances. Heat resistant diamond polycrystalline can bear heat over 1180℃ in non-oxidizing environment. Cylindrical polycrystalline is widely used in geological, coal, natural gas and oil drilling and gauge protection of drill bits, showing good reinforcing effect.
Cubic and rectangular polycrystallines are used for bits gauge protection in hard rock drilling. They can replace natural diamond, which is economical and durable.
Triangular polycrystalline is used as cutting tools of soft rock stratum drilling such as oil and coalfield drill bits, showing prominent effect.

Impregnated diamond bits, with the most wide application range, are the most commonly used drill bits in geological exploring industry. The inner of bit matrix adopts carefully selected high-quality artificial diamond. At the same time of continuous abrasion of bit matrix, new diamond exposes continuously so as to keep the fast drilling of bits.
The main parameters of impregnated diamond bits include diamond concentration, grade, size, type, matrix hardness and lip surface shape. Users can choose these parameters reasonably according to stratigraphic conditions.
Flat Suitable for various hardness and abrasiveness of rock strata.
Shaped gear Suitable for hard and compact rock stratum, which can increase the space for chip removal and water drainage and has high drilling speed.
Semi-round Suitable for medium hard-hard rock stratum. Diamond distributes well on lip surface of drill bits, which are suitable for a few fractured and loose strata.
Bottom discharge design Suitable for rock strata with many powder ores such as sedimentary rock and metamorphic rock, which can avoid core erosion and increase coring ratio.
Serrated profile Suitable for medium hard rock stratum, fractured stratum and staggered stratum of fractured and intact strata, which can prevent hole deflection.
Stepped Suitable for medium hard rock stratum, fractured stratum and staggered stratum of fractured and intact strata, which can prevent hole deflection.
Slanted teeth Suitable for hard rock stratum, which has high drilling speed and can also ensure the service life of drill bits.
Diamond reaming shell is used matching with bits. The main functions are gauge protection, improving drilling stability and preventing the bits from excessive wear.
Casing shoe is generally used for hole drilling works. We provide various standard sizes of casing shoes and also provide drill rod shoes so that drill rods are used as casings.

Surface set diamond core bits can be used for all kinds of core tubes. By changing diamond type, size, grade, matrix and lip surface, satisfying drilling and coring in various hard and homogeneous rock strata can be realized. Surface set diamond core bits are not suitable for fractured and loose strata.

PDC drill bits are made by setting PDC, which is synthesized by artificial diamond particles on the surface layer of large particle cylindrical diamond, on the matrix part of drill bits. These drill bits are used in relatively soft strata, wear resistant strata and loose sedimentary strata. Strata distribution can vary from very soft clay, gypsum, mica to hard sand strata. PDC drill bits can be selected differently according to arrangement angle and density of PDC on the matrix surface.
