Geological drill rig, type GQ-20 is a product developed by us, CGEG in conjunction with the continuous growth of the large-scale constructions of foundation pile hole on the basis of engineering drill rig. It has stable and reliable structure, applicable in large-scale foundation grouting pile hole construction projects such as houses, high-rise buildings, dams, port terminals and bridge as well as large diameter water well drilling projects.

• Large torque, has relatively light weight and smaller size as compared to the drill rig of the same type. Thus, it is easier for shifting purpose.
• It has gantry structure, up and down moving of the power head, has strong strength, rigid and high drilling precision.
• Large drilling diameter (182 x 182 mm), construction can be conducted by forward and reverse circulation drilling technique.
• We adopt DongFeng EQ145/6 automobile gearbox, equipped with 6-gear clockwise rotation and 1-gear counter clockwise rotation, applicable in drilling works in various foundation conditions.
• The power head equipped with manual chuck, drilling with Kelly bar. It has large depth of completely drilling and high efficiency.
• The power head adopts direct feeding by the oil tank and pressurized, resulting strong pulling ability and convenient for drilling works.
• Moving distance of the sliding base is 1550mm, large range of opening hole, convenient for raising or lowering the drill.
• Equipped with walking mechanism, convenient for the drill rig movement and align it with the hole.
