Geological Drilling Rig, Type GQ-60

This drill rig is a new product developed by us, CGEG according to our customers' needs on engineering drilling and constructions. It has up-to-date structure, light weight and reliable. It is applicable in geological exploration for houses, high-rise buildings, dams, port terminals and bridge as well as foundation grouting pile hole construction projects.

It is suitable especially for construction site that has inconvenient transportation and has limiting environment.

• Large torque, has lighter weight and smaller size compared to similar drill rig. Therefore, convenient for shifting purpose.
• It has gantry structure welded by steel, up and down moving of the power head, has strong strength, rigid and long spindle stroke.
• Power head equipped with hydraulic chuck, drilling with hexagonal Kelly bar, large depth of complete drilling and high efficiency.
• Equipped with 4-gear clockwise rotation and 1-gear counter clockwise rotation, applicable in drilling works in various foundation conditions and convenient for handling drilling accidents.
• The power head adopts direct feeding by the oil tank and pressurized, resulting strong pulling ability and convenient for drilling works.
• Moving distance for sliding base is 580mm and can pass directly through the rebar beam cage and wellhead pipe with a maximum diameter of 700mm.
• Winch and gyrator driven separately. Has simple and compact structure, convenient for maintenance and less power consumptions.
