Hydraulic Geothermal Drill Rig

Hydraulic geothermal drill rig RX-12 is a newly developed drilling rig for the construction of shallow layer geothermal projects. It is applicable in snow melting construction in the airports and large-scale construction of constant building temperature projects.

• Driven by diesel or electric engine, can be assembled according to the requirements of our customers. It is integrated with winch, mud pump and other drilling components. Besides, it has simple usage and easy for maintenance. The output value for the rotational speed and torque of the drill rig is fixed and can be customized according to the various foundation conditions to achieve high construction efficiency.
• The drill rig adopts fully hydraulic transmission. The rotation and lifting actions of the power head are controlled by the hydraulic transmission system. The system is simple whereas the drill rig has up-to-date structure, reasonable and compact layout.
• Single stroke of the power head is 12 meters suitable for constructions of various geothermal projects. It is equipped with winch larger than 0.5 tons to meet the requirements of hoisting superconducting pre-buried pipes and other drilling tools.
• The key hydraulic components of the drill rigs are selected from well-known hydraulic components suppliers in the world. It adopts the two-stages filtration methods and equipped with air cooler to control the temperature of the oil. This helps to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system.
