Anchor Drill Rig, Type MGY-100A

Anchor drill rig, type MGY-100A mainly used in geological disaster prevention and remediation projects. In addition, it is applicable in rock anchoring, anchor cable, pipe roofing, and drainage construction as well as rock anchoring projects for hydropower, transportation, energy source and urban construction. Furthermore, it is also used in constructions with micropile, hydrogeological water well and high-pressure grouting jet.

• Adopt fully hydraulic power head structure. The engine is separated from the host machine to reduce its overall weight. Installation of diesel motor and electric motor is available to cater various needs of the customers.
• Adopt double power head structure and achieve multiple combinations to satisfy various drilling requirements.
• The drill rig adopts through-type down-the-hole full reverse circulation and partial reverse circulation technology for the first time.
• Large power, large torque of the power head, large pulling force and wide range of rotational speed.
• Equipped with clamper as well as shackle to improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
• Bi-level guide rail structure, convenient for hole positioning and construction.
